Oliver Perez

Peavy and Harden tie. Both had a lot of balls hit directly at fielders last season. Harden pulls into a tie b/c he really progressed in the second half last year. Right now, they are too close to call.

Perez could be the next 300K guy in MLB. Not this season, but soon.

Peavy
Harden

Perez and Peavy are close in a single-season league, maybe Peavy even higher (depending on what you need) but over the longer term, Perez has the potential to improve his numbers considerably by moving to a contender/an improvement in the rest of the Pirates' team (they have some good prospects,) whilst Peavy already pitches for a decent team in the best pitcher's park in the NL.
