this is almost as bad as Mccarthism ..

accusing people with out facts ..

I think LBJ is a peg legged member of NAMBLA who likes to use his stump for .....

I have no evidence of it, but apparently its ok to just accuse people of what ever we like, anymore ...

One thing to consider is that Giles is in his walk year. If the Padres are out of it he might get traded to a contender. I think the Padres will compete this year so that scenerio is unlikely. Still, alot of players kill the ball in their walk year.

You can pick one of them up at your local waiver wire.
I expect a higher BA but even so your telling me a 90 R, 25 HR, 90 RBI, 10 SB, .280 BA player will be on the waiver wire? I doubt it.

Well I will go against the grain here.

He had a down year last year and with a .284 23 he still put up 94 rbi and 97runs. If he can up his avg and hr (like I think he can) he should get 100rbi and runs.

.290+ 26-28hr 100rbi 100r 10+sb

I'll take him!!

I known he is worth owning...but at what price? If he fell to the middle rounds, he'd be a solid draft....but I think he is going higher than that.

I'd take him and consider only starting him on the road.
