I have average pitching and my goal is to finish with 30-35 pts in
pitching in a 5x5 roto. My bats and speed are strong and should
finish with 40-50 pts. Should I start Hudson and risk the hit to
era & Whip ? I am in good shape in other pitching categories.
BTW, 12 team league.

Don't think too much. That's the beauty of having someone like Hudson. Studs give you the freedom to worry about the duds you have to put up with.
The Yankees are good, but give Hudson some credit! The guy can pitch. I played Meche against the Yanks this week, because he's been hot. I was rewarded with 7 quality innings.
Pitchers only get murdered by mediocre pitching. If Hudson is on, he's unstoppable, even by the Yankees. Notice I'm a Yankee fan, BTW.
Don't think too much!

Yeah, I would start him. Hudson is one of the 10 or so pitchers that you generally start in every situation (except maybe Coors games). Lilly only gave up 3 runs in 6 innings to the Yankees tonight, and I left him on my bench expecting that he would get schellacked. Pineiro only gave up 2 runs in 8 innings to them last night. Hudson is a better pitcher than Lilly or Pineiro, so he should do better than that.
