Octavio Dotel in 5x5 10 team league

I like the strategy of having Dotel - high k's, low era, low whip, 9 or 10 w's, and an occasional save. I want to take him off the waiver wire but don't know who to drop. Who out of these guys would you drop (if any)?

I'm in a 5x5 9 team league and drafted him for his WHIP and K ratio. Tough call on the drop though. Meche or Myers come to mind but I've heard good things about them both - just don't know enough. But Dotel does have value in your league.
