This is true. The first time I watched it I was completely confused, felt like I missed the point. After being goaded into giving it another shot, I was amused as hell the entire way through. Very few parts made me laugh out loud, but the entire time I had a smile on my face.

Same here. I love that stupid, immature kind of humor. I know what you mean about thinking it's funny later too. When I was watching it the first time I thought "this stuff is pretty stupid", but afterwards I was quoting the dialogue like you do with great movies.
If that's your "most stupid" moment, I think you need to get out more.

As for the movie, when I first watched it I thought it was ok, didn't really see all the hype. Although after hearing quotes all the time and watching it a second time I thought it was pretty damn funny
