Hey just had a draft for a 12 team H2h that scores IP W L CG SHO SV K HLD ERA WHIP K/9 and H/AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI SB E AVG OPS. I had the 10th pick and think I ended up ok but would like some input. Next year we can keep 5 btw.

C-Jason Kendall
1B-A. Huff
2b-M-Giles
3B-D.Wright
SS-C.Guillen
OF- B.Abreu
OF- C.Patterson
OF- C.Lee
util- L.Overbay
util- K.Matsui
bench- C.Utley
B.J Upton
R.Winn

SP- J.Schmidt
SP- B.Sheets
SP- R.Harden
SP- M. Buehrle
SP- K. Millwood
RP- G.Mota
RP- C.Cordero
P- T.Glavine
P- B.Wickman
bench D.Meyer

I think I ended up pretty good. RP and SS are a little weak, but I think other than that I did well. What do you all think?

Here are the draft results too if that helps. I'm RVD420 obviously :) http://baseball.fantasysports.yahoo.com ... aftresults

Thanks for looking and comments

Solid team overall.

I think you will be lacking in power, so i might look for an upgrade there. You definately have some speed to trade, so you should be able to get good value for patterson or winn. I wouldnt worry about Guillen he should be fine. :-°

Your RP are sort of weak. But overall a good team.

Thanks loop. I noticed Durazo is on waivers. Maybe I should pick him up? Anyone else wanna make some comments? Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

I'd drop Upton for him, as you probably won't be keeping Upton past this year with only 5 Keepers, and Upton won't help you at all this year. Also, I'd think about losing Meyer. He won't help much this year, and you wouldn't keep him.

Definitely shop around Patterson. You have some nice speed, you can get more than what he's worth, he's overvalued.

I disagree about dropping Upton. While you may not keep him, not every team is going to be as good as yours. He's great trade bait in a keeper league. But I'd try to pick up Durazo. Maybe drop Winn or Overbay. Others might disagree here but I just think he'll have a good season. He came on strong late last season. Unless you can work a deal to improve at C, SS or RP then you should probably stay still. Even those areas aren't bad though.

You think other teams won't have 5 guys that are better than Upton? Even the worst teams have 5 great players..

I think it's more than worth taking the chance. Every league has bad teams. Keeper players get injured and become too risky to keep also.

Thanks guys. I'm workin right now on trying to trade for a RP now. One guy is loaded in RP so we'll see what happens. As for Upton I'm not sure. I'll probably see if I can work a couple trades and open up a spot on my bench. If I can keep Upton and get Durazo thats cool. If not I may just end up dumping him. We'll see though. Thank you guys. I appreciate all the feedback.
