Do you start 3 catchers? Wow!

If not, use two of them for trade bait, because your team has all sorts of question marks about it.

Giambi, Wilson & Blake are all guys whom I wouldn't want to start in your infield.

Griffey is far too much of an injury risk, and I am not high on Jenkins this year.

Starting pitching is fairly good, although you haven't got a true #1. And relief pitching is also weak - Looper is your only good one there.

I have to say that I'm very confused about your team, because I cannot see any guys who should have gone in the first 3 rounds, even for a 14-team league. All I can think of is that this is an expansion keeper league which you have joined, and all the top guys were already kept.
