The returning players are all very active. If you're not active for the entire season, I don't invite you back next year. That's why I have an opening. I've been the Commish for 4 years. You can pay your fee via Paypal or Check/MO(i'll send you my mailing address once you join up) . All first year owners MUST have their money in prior to the Mar 11 draft. If you have resevations about sending your money to a stranger, I can furnish you with E mail addresses of current owners who have played in my league.
