We will be drafting, probably in Baltimore, on Saturday, March 26. If interested, email me at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org

Basics - We are a 10-team AL-only keeper league (retaining up to 8 players yearly), playing head-to-head. We play one- and two-week series, and when we play a series, we compete in 12 categories. (Hitting: avg, hr,rbi’s, steals, walks, and errors; Pitching: wins, era, whip, strikeouts, saves, and walks allowed) For every category you outperform your opponent, you get a win. Therefore, there are 12 "games" in every series. At the end of the season you add up the wins and losses and that determines playoff teams.
We have 25 players on our rosters, and we start 18 each series. You must start one catcher, a 1b, 2b, 3b, ss, and three of, and an extra hitter (dh), and nine pitchers (no delineation between starting or relief). A major leaguer who qualifies only at dh may only be a dh in our league. Any other hitter may also qualify at dh. At the end of the auction/draft, you must have at least 9 hitters and 9 pitchers.
To determine the 25 players, they can come via retention, auction, draft, minor leagues, trades, and player pickups. All of these players must be part of an American League affiliate.
