This is my second year doing fantasy baseball after a long break. Years ago I was in a roto league. The league I'm in now is H2H. I like the head to head better because it's more fun on a weekly basis, but I'm wondering about drafting strategy. Does it really make that much of a difference between the two league types? It seems like most of the rankings and cheat sheets I read are based on a roto league.
For example, are steals more important in a roto league? Are there certain stat categories I should focus on more?

the biggest difference IMO is that in roto there is IP limit. In h2h there is not, so carrying 7 sp is not a problem.
You can also decide to punt a category in h2h, where as in roto it's ineffective.

I think the punting a category is mainly what I was wondering about. I keep thinking I might ignore steals because it just doesn't seem like there are that many guys that run anayway.
