Have you guys realized that he's been falling late in the drafts? I've done 3 so far. 2 public and 1 winners. All three of them, I got him at around 10th. I didn't realize he was there and thought he couldn't have been there, but there he was.
Moving to the Brewer's poor lineup from the potent Chisox lineup is probably the main reason people aren't valuing him just as much as Andrew Jones, Hideki Matsui, and etc. I see him going somewhere around
100/32/105/15/.302
A player with this statline should be drafted no later than 6th round. Am I just hoping for too much from this guy? What's everyone's take on him?

I noticed the same thing. On 2 teams he is my "3rd" outfielder. I also picked him up in the later rounds. I think some people see
Mil and get scared off.
There loss is my gain.

I think your projections are too high for lee. 32 Hrs would be a career high and moving away from chicago will definately hurt him. The lineup doesnt seem to potent so id have to say that 100 and 105 are the max he will attain this year.
That said he is still around 25 in the OF rankings and id draft him in the 7th round or so.

He won't be cheaper in my straight NL league because most of the owners also play in the straight AL league and know him. He's a solid, underrated player.
You don't have to like 'em to own 'em!!!!

He'll go earlier in my league. I would love to grab a guy like Lee late, but unfortunatley it won't happen for me.

not sure if it is a good thing or not but reading some of the posts here and there on players who slip in the draft. i play in 6 leagues and i don't think a player of carlos lee's calibur will slip past 6th or 7th roundin any draft, if he does in any of your drafts i might consider looking for new leagues next year if i were you guys, sounds like alot of you are in leagues with morons.
P.S. lee went 3 for 4 with a hr 4 rbi and 2 runs scored yesterday so much for the milwaukee theory.

Hes solid, but hes going right where he should be because his numbers will drop because of 1. Moving to a better pitching division 2. Moving out of the best HR park 3. Moving to a far weaker lineup.
So, I don't see his numbers being quite as good as last year.
