WOW. FOr a 12 team league you ended up with Vlad, Soriano, Schmidt, and Cabrera. Someone (or a few) in your league must really be asleep. Actually what I would do is pick one of your RP (speier) and dump for a really good backup RP like worrell, donnelly, madsen, ayala, or gonzalez. they are extremely good in getting wins and keep their ERA and WHIP low. and if a closer goes down you're there to reap the benefits.

speier is the closer, so don't drop him, but i like what texas is saying... at the same time... you could try and trade away either wilkerson or bags for a good closer.

I would trade bags for a closer and pay attention to the closer problems around the league, look at the cubbies and milwaukee for instance.

See if you could deal bags for mota, that might be a deal that owner might bite on.

might be a long shot but someone like urbina might be worth grabbing. Right now he will be a set up man but he is talented enough that a team with a really weak closer might make a deal for him.
