I wouldn't touch Lowe in the 12th, 14th, or even 16th round. I think it's too early for what he'll give you. I wouldn't consider him until MAYBE the 18th round. After that, if I needed an extra starter I would use one of my last picks for him.
I think he'll have trouble with what will be a slew-footed, porous Dodger defense this year (like he did last year).

Besides Choi... the Dodgers infield is solid.

You have Choi, that immovable object at 1B, Jeff "Mr. No-Range" Kent at 2B, Jose "I've Never Played the Hot Corner" at 3B. Kent replaces Joey Cora, Valentin replaces Beltre. Maybe you feel it's solid because Izturis will be expected to cover the ENTIRE infield

Cora had a range factor in 2004 of 4.97 Kent's was 4.92 That's the best I can do ... you're tough
