Any chance he makes the dodgers rotation. I really think he has potential to be nasty but will he get the chance this year?

Don't know what the odds are, but if Penny isn't ready at the beginning of the season there's a chance. Nomo hasn't looked good in awhile either, or Ishii. And other possible starters like Alvarez, Lima, and , ouch--Dessens, aren't too great other.

Well, Nomo isn't even on their team. He excepted a minor league contract from the Devil Rays...so i doubt he'll stand in Edwin's way. :-D

With depo in LA i doubt you will see to many kevin brown / Shawn Green / Dreifort contracts

Edwin Jackson is probably only worth a late round flier in NL only leagues.

He is battling for the 5th spot with Ishii. If he pitches great in ST and Ishii falters some he might have the job, but it seems more reasonable that they send him down to AAA. He needs more experience and to gain better control, so I see them beng cautious with him.

He needs to pitch better though with Billingsley on his tail.
