Who's the better option in a regular 5x5 keeper league for this year and for years to come? I'm thinking Sheets in both cases as he should beat Pedro in every category but possibly wins.

Gotta love those K's

Yeah, it definitely is really close for the upcoming season and Sheets did have offseason surgery on his back. but if he could put up the numbers he did last season with all that back pain, imagine what he could do if he's feeling good as he apparently is right now. I'd say the chances of Sheets staying healthy are better than that of Pedro staying healthy also.

I'd take Pedro in a second for this year only. I expect big things from his this year. In a keeper it's Sheets by a mile.

I have Sheets just ahead of Pedro for this year... and considering you're talking keepers, you gotta make it Sheets.

I like Sheets over Pedro.
Bluto: Over? Did you say over? NOTHING is over until WE decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? HELL, NO!

Yeah I guess its a no brainer in a keeper, its just for this upcoming season its a little harder. I'm still thinkin Sheets is the man for this year, I mean all his numbers from last year are totally supported by his BPI's.

For a keeper league Sheets all the way. If you want to win this year or next year I'd go with Pedro. It all depends on where your team is atm, do you want to win in the next couple years or down the road.

There was a thread about this not too long ago...

And IMO they're very close in value. For the track record, take Pedro. For the health/age concerns, take Sheets.
