They both look good but both have the same problem IMO, 1 closer and one setup guy. In the case of the 12 team league it is even worse cause you 1 closer is Baez.

i would say that team 2 is better because of the better pitching, and really the only difference in your lineup is miles and huff instead of roberts and mcpherson. you need closers though in both leagues.
