Nomar hurt???

I was listening to a Chicago station today while traveling and they said Nomar got hit in the hand today, and was in such severe pain he could not make it to first.
Already SPECULATING broken hand, 6 weeks?
Anybody else here this?

Read on MLB that it was swollen and initial thought was not broken, but may be kept out of hitting for a few days. It was not the wrist that was injured previously.

Not saying that is so, just the only thing I've read.

Guys... Don't read too much into this..

Nomar was taken out of the game as a precaution. He did, however, come back and hit a 2 run homer yesterday.

People only hear and believe the bad news.
