Halladay, Burnett and Harden are very close. Harden will be one of the best pitchers in baseball in the next couple years.
Doug Davis is way way behind. I love the brewers but he overproduced last year and I think that is most likely his career year.

Burnett is the better DP because he's going 2-3 rounds later then Harden.
As far as what pitcher i think will finish this season with the most value:
Burnett (most upside for this season)
Halladay (workhouse, very efficient, should keep your ratios low with tons of innings -- doesn't help much anywhere else -- could also be a bust because hitters make so much contact)
Harden (Control issues keep me modest about his potential...maybe/hopefully he can defy odds and turn out to be the true ace everybody is making him out to be -- his 2nd half was good, but he finished off horribly in september)
If i wanted to play it safe i'd put them in order as i quoted earlier in this thread
