Those are Teirs, not rounds.

1 Paul Goldschmidt
1 Chris Davis
1 Joey Votto

2 David Ortiz
2 Freddie Freeman
2 Edwin Encarnacion
2 Prince Fielder

3 Mark Trumbo
3 Eric Hosmer
3 Adrian Gonzalez
3 Allen Craig

3a Albert Pujols ?
3a Brandon Moss ?
3a Kendrys Morales ?
3a Anthony Rizzo ?

4 Michael Cuddyer ?
4 Brandon Bust ?

whatca got?

I didnt consider any of the Catchers that are elig, simply because if you've got a Catcher performing like a top 12 first baseman, you should probably be playing him at catcher.

You'd take Brandon Belt over Albert Pujols?

I like Goldy and EE at tier 1. 10% k rate for EE, low BABIP this year, I think he can bat close to .300.

Chris Davis' second half wasn't nearly as good as the first half. I'd be scared about the AVG.

Votto and his damn walks don't help in RBIs. Down to tier 2.

Is Paul Goldschmidt the top first baseman in the game?

He's my #1 ranked.

Rizzo could be an interesting target next year. Has anyone actually watched a Cubs game? Is he getting shifted on?

Belt should probably be after Pujols. Really looks like he finally put it together there in August and September. Power is probably limited to 20-25 in in AT&T, but he'll be batting 3rd and will probably hit around .280-.290. Also has double digit steal potential. Nothing spectacular, but pretty solid across all 5 cats I think.

No idea what to make of Rizzo. 23HRs this year, but 8 of them in April. He had a hot streak in May and then was brutal the rest of the way. He's likely more of a .275 hitter than a .235.

He's still a hard player to own for your starting 1b since when you draft him you have to accept that he'll start 140 games at most. No matter how hot he is if they want to give Posey a day off from catching he's getting the nod at first. But after owning him this year, he'll definitely be someone I target for a IF/UTIL spot next season.

Maybe I'm conveniently forgetting, but this looks like the weakest/most volatile/shakiest/most questionable group of 1B, especially at the top end that we've seen in recent memory.
