4 Thrown out in a game

Sunday Jose Molina threw out 4 base runners in one game. I was wondering whether anyone knew of a source where you could find a list of all 4 thrown out/game. I think that AJ Pierzinsky did it. Has anyone else?

I was at a Nationals game a few years ago where Brian Schneider threw out two would-be base stealers in the first inning. He also made three throwing errors in the same inning. It was the second-most bizarre string of events I've ever seen at a baseball game second only to JT "The Slwest Player in Baseball Not Named Molina" Snow and a 56-year-old Benito Santiago hitting back-to-back triples.

According to MLB Charles Johnson was the last one to do it in 2002

Duke Farrell threw out 8 in a game but that was 113 years ago.

VMart has thrown down to second at least 4 times in a game this season. Actually IIRC it was 9 times.

only 2 of those throws actually made it to the base
