League rules about transactions

Postby mkultra » Tue Apr 02, 2013 9:33 am

So, there is some confusion/griping about the way the league is set up this year in Yahoo, which I find totally understandable because it's not (to my knowledge) how we played last year. Can someone with commish powers either fix these things or confirm that it's how we're supposed to be playing?

1) Continuous waivers. Last year we had waivers and a FA pool.
2) Weekly lineups. Last year we had daily lineups.

Thanks!

I am new to the league and don't know how it was run but I thought we had daily lineups also. I think it's too late to change it for whatever days we miss this week. I wouldn't want people backdating transactions after the fact, but if the rules called for daily lineups I would like to switch back to that ASAP so I can access my new players and start them.

Holics leagues have always had weekly lineup formats.

The FAAB continuous waivers is a relatively new thing, I suppose. I didn't play last year and that was when the FAAB continuous waivers rules kicked into effect. Presumably, Chris made sure all the league settings were consistent for each of the three leagues before handing over the keys to the commissioner.
