Do you find your pitching is your weaker part of your team? Seems a bit lacking in quality once you get past Cain and Weaver (VERY solid on those two though), what are some names on the WW? Maybe try trading for a higher end pitcher from another team in the basement.

Also, I'm not so sure about your catcher as well, try upgrading through trade or WW in that position as well of possible.
