SOMETHING Needs to Change!

Hey all. In a 10 person keeper league, with 11 categories (most wins), daily lineup changes, and after this season we'll keep five guys and re-draft from the rest. I'm currently 3-7-1. I feel like I have a load of talent, but just can't put good weeks together. Maybe someone can analyze what's going on and see what I need to fix.

SP - Johan Santana
SP - Jake Peavy

RP - Fernando Rodney
BN - Wandy Rodriguez
BN - Ivan Nova
BN - Scott Diamond

I know my staff isn't the strongest, but I consistently win in K's, wins, and saves. Do I make a change on offense or just ride out my big injuries (Ellsbury and Longoria) and wait to get healthy? Also, I starred the four guys I'm for sure keeping for next season, out of my current roster, who else would you suggest I keep?
