I have 10 teams in my league including me and I'm in a rotisserie league. Batting Stats: R, H, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB Pitching Stats: W, CG, SV, HLD, ERA, WHIP, K/9, QS
I'm thinking of moving Braun to OF, then Atkins to 3B, then Konerko to UTIL, and taking Bay out completely. What do you guys think of that? I was also thinking of Picking up Mike Napoli incase Varitek doesn't work and dropping Glaus. Is that a good idea. And who do you suggest for Holds I know I don't have anyone for that. One last thing I am thinking of doing is trading Carlos Guillan and Konerko to someone who needs a SS and has a solid 1B I could get. Is that a good idea? ( my most likely options would be either Travis Hafner or Derrek Lee) PLEASE HELP ME OUT! This being my first year in fantasy. I really need help. THANK YOU!

I like your team, its hard to find fault with any particular part of it. i especially like your infield. outfield is good, though sheff needs to keep up the good work and bay needs to bounce back. you may be a little light in the HR department, but not by much. you'll be competitive.
Your starters are all fantastic, so you don't really need Sheets. Even if he pitches well and stays healthy, you'll have too much of a good thing. You'd have to trade oneof your pitchers for a big bat. which actually isn't such a terrible idea...
that beign said, i'd take the wagner trade now; he'll help insure you against Street's health and Percival's age. You could plug Konerko into Atkins' position and be no worse for wear.
I edited it because I rejected one of the trades. Who would you guys suggest I pickup for holds and maybe trade to get better relief. or something else. PLEASE give me advice.
pretty strong team with only minor flaws. i wouldn't change much before the season. i wouldn't do the sheets deal I really do see the need for another starter who will surely end up on the dl. not really knowledgable on holds cat but i think setup guys get most of em. if i'm correct in saying that you might want to let percival go. as an avid redsox fan I also think there has to be a better option in a 10 teamer than ellsbury, if coco is not traded they will platoon. good luck.
yep i'd keep konerko, he gives you depth and options, he's a great offensive threat.
you have a very well put together and balanced team.
the only real flaw i see, although your team looks very good, is the closers and saves category. Just me, but I would try to shore that part of your roster up. However, closers are a volatile position and you can likely pick up a decent closer or two during the season, so I wouldnt try too hard to deal for a closer, but also keep an eye on the waiver wire for them. right now i would think Bucholz and Glaus are ecpendable if you have to drop anyone, but the season hasnt started and they may be worthwhile; however, you don't need Bucholz because your starting pitching is deep.
your hitting is deep, me at this point Id rather have Bay in my lineup then Konerko and Im expecting a big 2nd half out of Bay since theres a good chance he gets traded to a team making a playoff/World Series push.... he should bounce back nicely along with Vernon Wells IMO
I would keep Konerko though, Sheets will benefit in a Roto because he gives quality starts while hes not hurt but your pitching is clean
Wow you have a pretty damn good team The one thing i personally did not like was Jason Bay....i dont know its just i dont feel hes gonna bounce back really well this year, but the rest of your lineup makes up for it easily
pitching is good, in the long run you might want to acquire one more big arm, but it wouldnt kill your team even if you didnt
i say your team has a great chance at winning the league
