Best option for reserve OF

Postby UrbanatorNation » Sat Mar 23, 2013 3:00 pm

Currently have Starling Marte on my bench as a reserve OF, but curious if any of these options are better:

Starling Marte (decent pop, but not sure where his SB ceiling is. 25?)
Justin Ruggiano (feel like he's a 15-15 guy w/ upside for 20-20 w/ decent avg. Problem is Miami offense)
Coco Crisp (my main SB threat is Evereth Cabrera at SS, so if he doesn't work out I'd need to infuse serious speed)
Lorenzo Cain (good raw tools, but is he much different than Marte?)
Aaron Hicks (looks like he'll win CF job, and for some reason I just really like this guy. Good speed, ok pop)
Brandon Moss (job is solely his now and I like his power, but his avg. will suck and could sit against lefties)

Wil Myers
Oscar Taveras
(Its a keeper league, so I could always stash one until they're up. Feel like I'd rather have Taveras, but he won't be up as soon as Myers)

My other offensive bench spot is currently occupied by JJ Hardy to backup Cabrera at SS (and infuse a bit of power), but I could drop him and pickup 2 of the above guys.

Thanks, WHIR

I like Marte, then Cain, then Crisp---if you need bulk SB then Crisp should be grabbed first

If you have room stash Myers and Taveras---somehow.....

I like Myers best out of that group, but more of a stash option for this year. It's probably a toss up here, there is no clear lead, IMO. I'd stand pat and let things develop before moving.
