standard scoring. H2H - 6 pts win/6pts save

we keep 7 , no round value applied, no max length of keeping...

I was planning on going with the following (* by their name). All offense. Was wondering if anyone thought there would be a reason to switch one out I starred for a pitcher. Thanks!

c - Buster Posey *
1b - Eric Hosmer*
2b- Jason Kipnis*
3b- Brett Lawrie*
of - Giancarlo Stanton*
of - Mike Trout*
of - Desmond Jennings*

sp - Aroldis Chapman
sp - Matt Harvey
sp - Jarrod Parker
rp - Rafael Soriano

If I were you, I'd be switching a lot of players. My list would be:

Posey (young and extremely talented, elig. as C/1B)
Hosmer
Kipnis
Stanton
Trout
Chapman (for 6 points per W/SV, he's guaranteed to be a quality player for years to come, no matter if he pitches in the 1st or 9th)
Harvey (young player, future of the Mets, higher potential than a Jennings/Lawrie IMO)

I'd stick with what you have and go pitcher heavy during the start of the draft just to get yourself a decent core. All those guys on O are too valuable to me, plus during the season may be able to swap one for a pitcher better than the pitchers you have.

I'd consider tossing Jennings back and keeping Chapman ELSE you look good and focus on pitching in draft.

jennings is worth more then any of those pitcher. So I wouldn't listen to that advice to keep chapman over him.

Chapman is a really good pitcher but his value right now may be low enough where you might be able to redraft him.

Jennings isn't even a .250 career hitter and has a 2:1 K/BB ratio. Since this is a points league, he would have lost 120 points last year on Ks alone. He's had time to show he's a good player and struggled big time last year. Less than 50 RBIs in 130+ games. I can't justify keeping him in any league. I'd rather leave the spot open than keep him
