I don't trust Cap to keep up his pace. Holliday started slowly, perhaps an adjustment to not having Pujols around him in the lineup. Regardless he's hitting now and winds up with better numbers than Upton by seasons end. Love the trade for you.

hmmmm, i'm torn here. i think BJ has figured things out. he's adjusted his stance and while he won't hit .300+, he's a better bet for .270 than his customary .240, with 20+ Hr pop and 40+ steal potential, i'd weirdly take him over holliday, myself. or shoot higher than holliday (granderson if you're looking for power, e.g.)

I would definitely take this trade! Holliday is going to provide better numbers for you than Upton will. I've never been a fan of Upton as the BA is just not there and his attitude isn't the greatest. Cap will regress, he's just been way too good and he's bound to come back to earth. This is a definite good deal for you.

upton could be 20/20 but cap will fad out.

holliday is in a nice lineup with a lot of protection i like any power hitter on the cardinals right now.
