Which trade do you prefer? WHIR as always

I was offered 2 trades today. I really need to upgrade my pitching, as my offense is dominating every week but I'm finishing 5-5 because of my pitching. My team is in my sig.

Trade 1: I get Mat Latos for Berkman and Bourn
Trade 2: I get Latos and Cain for Bautista

For trade 1, I could get Cain instead of Latos
For trade 2, I may throw in one of my less good pitchers and try and get Neil Walker to fill in at 3B


They both improve my pitching. Which do you think is better value?

Trade #1 I wouldn't do for sure. Bourn is more valuable than Latos with his SBs and though I don't think Berkman keeps it up, he's still got some value.

Trade #2 is more even in my mind, but I still think Bautista can probably land you a better ace as opposed to two decent pitchers. I saw Latos dropped by quite a few teams early and no one is screaming to pick him up.

I don't really like either, but the 2nd is a better option IMO. I think you can do better as well

Number 1 is a much better deal for you, but I would not consider it a great value deal.

I'm not a Latos fan but if you are willing to deal for him I'd favor deal #1. I avoided Bautista in drafts this year thinking he was a one year wonder but so far he's backing up the hype from last season. Berkman is a classic sell high case.
