Pick up Tabata? Always WHIR

So I'm looking for a possible kickstart to my OF production... Who is the most droppable player on my team, and who would you pick up out of the following? I'm leaning towards Tabata just for the potential and if he does show up big I can keep him for a 30th rnd draft pick next season.
