My Hanley Ramirez and Joakim Soria for his Jose Reyes and Adam Dunn, in a 10 team Dynasty League, standard cats plus OBP, SLG, Holds, and K/BB.
My biggest concern here is unloading Ramirez, who is arguably the most valuable fantasy player as well as being young enough to produce for years to come in this dynasty league. If I unload Soria, I'd drop someone for another closer to make up for the loss in saves. Good trade for me? Dunn is good for 40 HR/100 RBI every year like clockwork, while Reyes would help with the SB's I'd be losing.
On the flip side, Hanley Ramirez is considerably better than Reyes, has the potential to steal more bases, and is the same age. I already have Cust, who really is Adam Dunn lite. Adding Dunn to the mix would murder my AVG, but still improve my power numbers greatly.
Always WHIR!

I'd stay put, but I'm not a big Dunn fan. He's really only good for HR. Soria is underrated, I like him more then Dunn and HanRam is better then Reyes IMO. Take a look at mine if you would.
i'd take it for sure. hanley's value does go up with the extra categories, while reyes value doesn't change much. but dunn's value increases significantly making him much more valuable than Soria and worth the difference between reyes and hanley imo.
Any other thoughts? I'm still feeling a little uneasy giving up arguably the #1 fantasy player for now and the future. Is Reyes worth it, especially given that his career line is .287/.336/.436?
That is a tough one. If you stick with hanley you can find a slugger with no avg off the waivers. Look for Renolds in Arizona or Branyan for seattle. Both are sluggers with no avg.
If you go with the reyes route dunn's slugging avg will make up for reyes short fall and you will get 20 more sb's. If you go this route scout for a of that will help your avg. A kendrick style player for your dh.
If it was me I would go the reyes route and try to improve my average. Dunn and reyes are a 60 hr 60 sb combo.
I'm not as enthusiastic about this trade, as I do think there's a dropoff from Hanley to Reyes, but I'd do it knowing that Dunn is an even bigger asset with OBP/SLG accounted for. Given your offense, I think putting in another established power hitter will be a boost given who you have at the other OF and UTIL spots. Besides, if Reyes pitches in 20 HR, and I think he's capable of it, he's not as massive a downgrade as perceived.
