What does ECR indicate or measure? Its located next to each players ranking?

Which rankings are you looking at?

I'm looking at the rankings of players on this website. After each ranked player is his position and "ECR" and "vs ECR" but I could find no explanation of its meaning or how it is measured. Obviously no else does either!
