How do you reply to a post with a link?

I been trying to figure this out but I cant do it. How do people do that when they reply to an question and leave a link to one of their own post?

You can do one of two things (as far as I know):

1. Post the link from the page where your question is located (it will show up in a sort of Cafe "shorthand" with only the vietopic number), or
2. Use the "URL" button (above the text entry field when you're making a post). Select the word you want to be a hyperlink (it will show up in blue and be clickable) and put it between the tags. Then, add and "=" after "url" in the first tag, copy-paste the URL to which you want to link (right after the equal sign).

After they are done, #1 will look like this: viewforum.php?f=140

And #2 will look like this
