Looking for new keeper/dynasty league

I'm looking for a start-up keeper/dynasty league. Looking for:
1. CBS League
2. Roto Scoring
3. Weekly Lineups
4. 14+ teams
5. Slow draft instead of one day draft
6. Minors/Farm Component

Been playing 15+ years in competitive leagues and looking for one starting up. If you have something please let me know.

1. We use Fantrax (free and more flexible), not CBS
2. yes, roto-scoring
3. We do daily lineups, not weekly, although you can set them well in advance
4. 20 teams
5. slow draft
6. 15 minor leaguers per team
